I am a Post-doc working on the inference of cell fate dynamics from single cell data. I completed my PhD at Dalhousie university in Halifax Nova Scotia, building computational learning models of aging with health data. I received a University of Toronto Data Sciences Institute Post-doctoral Fellowship to work on understanding cell fate dynamics from recently emerging large single cell RNA sequencing datasets.
